PrimeTime Communities is a research, marketing, and sales company which provides services to developers of new home condominium communities. In 2004 Tom Skahen, whose early career focused in the areas of real estate acquisition, development, marketing, and management, and Janice Dumont, an award winning expert in the field of condominium sales, combined their skills and created PrimeTime Communities and its “Concept to Community” approach to servicing developers.
PrimeTime’s service to developers is threefold. Within Research we will identify the advantages and disadvantages of a project. We’ll determine a strategy to overcome any challenges, and define a feasible and profitable approach to the enterprise. To ensure the final product reflects the needs of the targeted market we will review and make recommendations regarding floor plans and building designs and amenities. Our Marketing component allows us to service the developer with creative, project specific marketing materials including name and graphic identity, websites, brochures, direct mail pieces and marketing and sales centers, all designed to showcase the product and excite buyers. We will design and place eye catching advertisements. With our SALES management services we will manage and administer the sales process. PrimeTime will provide trained real estate professionals capable and committed to delivering results. These sales professionals will be dedicated to a specific property through the call center, pre-marketing, and on-site sales phases. Our Lifestyle Brands:
